Refund policy
Fischer Apparel is proudly produced by VIST, an Italian-founded brand specialising in high quality winter clothing since 1997.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to request a refund, please let us know within 14 days of your purchase date. We'll be happy to help!To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:
1. Fill out the Standard Withdrawal Form and send it to us via email at info@vist.it or send a message to our legal email address vist.italy@legalmail.it. You can also send us a letter to our office address at Via Morimondo 23, 20143 – Milan (MI), Italy.
2. Upon receipt of your request, we will review your eligibility for a refund. To check your eligibility, please refer to our Right of Withdrawal Policy
3. Once we confirm your eligibility, please print out this document and tape it outside the box, so that it is clearly visible. Ship it to the following address: VIST Italy c/o MLS – MILANO LOGISTICS SOLUTIONS Via Achille Grandi nr. 2 20017 Mazzo di Rho (MI). Shipping without prior approval will result in no refund being issued.
4. Once the package arrives, we will process your refund within 14 days and return your money to the original payment method you used, unless we agree on another method. We're committed to making this process as smooth as possible for you.
